Frank horrigans armour?

I downloadede the mod which allows you to get his armour.It says that its stashed away in klamath somwhere.Does anyone know where i cant find it.
IRA all the way fuck the queen and the UDA we are the Bhoys from south of the border so fuck the queen and the orange order.

I have no idea. Every time I played that mod, my game crashed when I got to klamath. It's been awhile, but I thought that it may be with that skeleton in trapper town.
I support everyones right to make a fool of themselves.:chainsaw:

I just wish I didn't do it so often. :yikes:
