Annoying problem. I just beat the game....blew up Cathedral first and then went on to find the Vats. Blew up Vats, escaped and witnessed explosion cutscene.
However, I do not get to hear the rest of the story. It goes on to the desert scape and begins to talk about something but cuts off quickly. All I get to hear is that the Mutants have attacked the Followers and then it cuts and that the Brotherhood does something, but it cuts out too early.
Then it quickly sends me back to the overseer. I get the entire overseer conversation but nothing about the rest of the storyline. Someone PLEASE fill me in either on here or at delx7280@wlu.ca.
Thank you! Pleae Help!!
Need a recap of ending. (SPOILERS) Please Help!

Goose, he may have come in here from VOTF but this thread is now moved to the Fallout forum where it is more likely to find it's answer.
Try this thread http://www.duckandcover.net/forums/viewtopic.php?t=4196
it may be of some help or you might try the search function. I know this issue has come up more than once.

IIRC, there is no solution. You are running winxp, and this is a known issue with both FO1 and FO2's ending sequences.
you could try running fallout in compadibility mode, or turning down your hardware exelleration.
(but I'm pretty sure there is no solution...)
you could always tell us what the first few words of each ending frame is, and I bet that we could tell you the ending just because everyone at DAC has probably played it a thousand times.
