How much can you......
How much can you......
Bicep curl? Max weight 10 reps 3 sets, it equals a total of 30 curls.
Okay a useless post but I am bored and just wonder what people will say.
Heck while your at it how much can you bench press 5 reps 3 sets. And how much 1 rep 1 set, maximum power lift?

I've been curling 55 lbs. per arm 10 reps 3 sets.Lynxer wrote:how much weight do you life during each of the 3 sessions?
i do one set of 40 with a 25 pound weight
After while I switch to high reps and low sets to help work muscles in a different way than normal. Somes I try highest weight and only a few reps.
Remember it doesn't matter how much you can bench, but the reps you do.
I personally can bench a barbell of ABOUT 280 - 300lbs (Its tough to get it 300 up there, but I manage to do it atleast once to impress my friends) but I prefer to do reps of 250 seeing as how I can do more and get a much better workout. Also If you wanna get a really good workout, put the barbell over your shoulders and do squats, the one I do is I crouch as low as I possibly can and hold it there for 4 seconds, and then come up. I do that about 40 times and it helps pretty much all of your body.

There are a lot of finnish people here.axelgreese wrote:And everyone who post here regularly is a 13 year old white male american that lives in suburbia.InvisibleMonkey wrote:Anyone who posts here regularly has never even been to gym, let alone able to bench 280
And I think that the majority of the people here are also 16 or older.
To gain muscle all you need to do is take in a lot of calories/protien, lift the weights, then rest for a full day.
Being a computer user, this fits right into my schedual
I'm not as big as some of you guys though in the muscle department. I bench like 150-160, but I'm a 175, 6'0 guy. My main exercise is just cardiovascular stuff to stay in shape and look healthy. I'm 20.
A fast way to gain muscle is to bench your max, then take off 10 or so pounds, bench that a few times, then take off another.. etc.. Do this until you can barely lift the bar alone. Your muscles will be shredded, then try not to do too much for the next 24-48 hours. Eat lots of protien and take in more calories then you burn off. When I was a softmore in Highschool I weighed 130 and used this method to get to 155 in only one summer. Well, that's just what I use to do anyway, now I just jog and do push-ups.

Well I think the average dac user is a 17/25 year old white european male, has a shitty job in catering, an IQ of 140, strength of 5 gorillas and listens to rock or metal. They have short hair, no facial hair, 140lbs, 5'8, have used guns and live with there parents.InvisibleMonkey wrote:HA! I'm 15, but the rest is true.
