This is stupid. Hell, we've been through this with VHS recording. As long as no one is making money directly from sharing the songs, it should be considered a user sharing with another user. Like lending a friend a taped episode of "Freinds" or whatever. When you tape an episode of your favorite show, you're not the only one allowed to watch it. You can show it to your friends, family, etc. As long as you're not making them pay admission to see it. Who cares if Eminem can't buy a 3rd Benz because of people sharing his songs(poor them, I say.) Get in line with the rest of the people who want money they don't need.
