i maed this in like 2000 w/ a shitty program called GMAX which is based on 3DS Max but won't let u export bcuz it's gay, unknow?

i wuz all liek "OGM LEWL RENEGADE IS GONNA PWNG I M GONNA MAKE MODS N STUF, UKNOW?"

i want to really learn 3D modelling but i'm liek, lazy? too many tutorials? i really do though, really, though...

what modeler?

plus... post a pic with more colors, it looks like crap with this low of colors, the shading is messed.

make the treds, it will make it all the cooler.

Try Rhino, it is great for inanimate objects.

Colors as in the pic you posted:
it looks like you downgraded the pic's to put them on the internet, but in the process lowered their quality-- so they appear with not enough grey's to make the smoothshading actually smooth. I've never used Gmax (comp freezes) so I don't know if that's how it looks in the actual program.

Add treads to it (you know, wheels with metal "chain link" pads that are used to drive the tank) unless it's a hover tank of some sort.

yeah i didn't bother adding treads because i got bored or something

yeah it's just black and white, the shading is gone because i didn't want it to be 100kb

rhino sounds good

maya is more for human models correkt?

gmax is same as 3dsmax except watered down because it's free, it's supposedly for modding but it's a piece of shit IMO

i get rhino, i need tutorials though? i'm good at texturing

Rhino is a bit complicated though.
It comes with tutorials.

As for the tank, hurrah, it looks like a tank. Try making it look interesting.

Just use rhino for a month and you can make anything. (pretty much anything...)

Rhino... you have to really think of the best way of doing something before you do it. Pretty complex, but not impossible.
