Gun-control sucks! So does over liberalist bastards, but Arnold is ok i guess, although i hope he doesnt make california a mad house of radical liberalist.

He may 'steathly' be more conservative than many believe. For example, Arnold has given a lot of money over the years to various Pro-Gun organizations. Even though he comes out in support of "sensible" gun laws, it will be interesting to see which, if any, he actually signs. I believe he recognized how difficult it would be for a true conservative, someone like McClintock for example, to get elected governor in California and decided to take a more moderate stance on many issues, hoping that moderation and name recognition could win him the election.
I wouldn't exactly call it control. Sure, Arnold is the new governor, but the legislature is still under Democratic control. Heck, Bustamante is still Lt. Gov. even. It's certainly interesting that in an election with such a large voter turnout Arnold enjoyed such a large lead over Bustamante, but I'm not convinced we'll see the same thing happen in 2004.
