I can't run, it's not that I'm macho, it's that I can't run. Sure I can run, just not far or fast, so instead my best option is to make a lot of noise or to kill the fucker, or both at the same time. Okay, I'm not going to kill him because I'm a nice guy, I'll just make the bastard wish he never messed with me.

Damn skippy, I went out fighting crime, it's no different that an officer being killed in the line of duty. I'm doing something that dosn't just benefit me, but the whole community, because once the criminals figure out that people in that neighborhood don't take shit they'll move on to some other place where the people are bitches to government lackeys.

But not logical or safe, somone on drugs or freaking out because they havn't had any in a few days is a rather difficult foe, and in fact can get back up after being shot, of course that's what double taps were invented for.

Avenger I was just saying that running away is probably the best solution must of the times. Let me give you an example , fighting alone against a large group of thugs isn't such a good idea , sure with luck you can take one or two out , but the rest will finish you out . As for me I am pretty capable of defending myself , but I donÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â€šÂ¬Ã¢â€žÂ¢t want to fight all the time , fighting isnÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â€šÂ¬Ã¢â€žÂ¢t a good thing , you may ruin your clothes , the police can appear and take you for an attacker ( it happened to me) etc. What I am trying to say is that a large number of things may happen that are not so good for you , so I prefer to run away than to fight . I didn't lost my money and I didn't had to fight .

i know what your saying aneurysm, but still being outnumbered and staying to fight isnt the smartest thing to do, its like argueing with a gun, you dont win when the trigger is pulled. but, you do see my point, and i see yours which is fair.

I agree with the running part. Why pick a fight? I would only fight if it was my last option. At least in the case of muggery or just someone trying to start a fight. If the case was that some shithead had beat up my friend, or something like that, I would kick the crap out of said shithead (if I could anyway). Justified revenge is a good reason to start a fight. You need a good reason though... like.. if someone raped my girlfriend and the police didnt do anything about it... in that case, I would cut the balls of the guy who did it I guess. Not very par to my "no weapon theory" but if all else fails I can justify vigilante acts.
