Soldier 87, I understand you are not here to "type correctly", as you put it, but keep in mind DAC is a community, and as such has a few ground rules most of its members agree upon.

One of these rules is typing correctly. To many members (like myself), english is not the first language, but that does not mean I can not write "you" instead of "u".
Make all the spelling, grammer and punctioation mistakes you like, but don't use stuff like "u".
There is no excuse for that. You are not playing some internet game in which you need to type fast.

This kind of writing annoyes the majority of the community, and makes for annyoing reading. This isn't some CS clan, so please comply with the community rules.

Now, go back to the original subject of this thread please.

fine ill type slower from now on but still, correcting me and saying i was dumb and retarded was uncalled for, but ill be a sport about it if they lay off my back from now on ok. sorry to make "you" guys upset but still "you" dont have to get all up on back about it ok. now go back to the topic or dont say anything. BTW did you delete my reply? didnt know you could do that. o well i guess thats because you're a mod.

you people are really starting to tick me off. i agreed to spell correctly, at least let me type without having to worry about grammer. to much of that at school. this is the only forum i know of that presses you on correct grammer. if you got a bug about people who have to compromise how they want to type, like the opressive people you all seem to be, then start a topic about that. i already lost my "freedom" to type as i please because some of you people are really bitchy.

Your freedom? Dude, it isn't a 1st amendment issue--typing well is like talking well, it means people can understand what the fuck you're saying without getting a headache. My bitchin? o please, listen to yourself. "your gramar needs work" my bitchin huh? If your all hyped up on correct grammer usage, then at least use "proper" appropriate words in here. I could care less about someone elses grammer as long as i can read it, if i had a problem with it, instead of whining, i would "politely" (a word which seems to be absent in some peoples vocabulary) what they meant. now can we get back to the topic. or do you wish to whine some more.

P.S. Thank you Slave_Master and Dan, it feels good to finally have someone else besides myself help me out here.

I just wanted to reply something about this topic and then I kept on reading and I thought that all of us subcontiously like to be a small kid, that kicks another one for fun.
I was first surprised with Soldier87's big emotion of anger, but I quiet felt pitty for you later, soldier. Because instead of explaining that it is in your own best interrest to type as understandable as possible, they really start to mok you.

It's funny that after playing Fallout you don't know what the "radiation danger" sign is.
By the way, anyone knows the history of that sign? all I know it was already used as "radiation" sign in late 70's.
