Since Fallout 3 is in 3d, why not give everyone talking heads? And the barter system could have SCALES! FOR WEIGHING! OMG

Crasey. Yeah, you could probably program OMG LIP MOVING AND FACIAL EXPRESSIONS on the NPCs, how swell would that be?
suppose you're thinking about a plate of shrimp. suddenly somebody will say like 'plate' or 'shrimp' or 'plate of shrimp', out of the blue, no explanation.
