Wouldn't it be cool to get your own Power Armor?

Post by Artzone »

I can allmost see some historical reference in Fallout timeline relating to this "prototype": http://www.time.com/time/2003/invention ... rsuit.html

The Power Assist Suit, yeah! I'll bet that in sixty years we all can get own "Power Armor" ;)

It wouldn't do me much good in 60 years time

unless they have slowed down the ageing process

I'd strap miniguns to each arm and fly around, occasionaly transforming into a gun or tank and blowing up trucks and other gay autobots.

Well since the Japanese are making this, I have a few recommendations:

First the woman's, shall we say suggestive areas of flesh, are uncovered (aside of clothes) and unarmored. This makes her prone to a tentacle attack that could easily rip off her clothes.

Second, the wiring to the rear is exposed; a demon could easily tear the hydrolics from her back and sexually assault her.

Thirdly, she lacks any sort of weaponary. This leaves her vulnerable to horny japanese Hentai-loving teenagers who could possibly gang-assault her.

So in conclusion, this type of mechanism is useful in most countries such as the US, UK, and most of Europe. However, it clearly needs more modifications to survive the Japanese territory.

Yeah, you're right; especially after reading all the specs and finding out it uses "air" to give you "strength". Gotta hand it to the Asians, they always find someway to take perfectly ordinary things and turn them into crazy strength and energy boosters. Ginseng; who knew!?

You won't say that when you realize you're walking at about 3 miles per hour in that thing and need to go to walmart to buy batteries for it.

I didn't read the article yet because I would rather let my imagination define the prototype power armor. I want a suit with hydraulic "legs" that lets me run across deserts like the big green guy in The Hulk.

Didn't you ever see that movie?? There was a big fuggin green guy! Though iirc, he wasn't green all the time or something, it was a hella complicated movie, I don't quite remember the details. I do, however, remember that Jennifer Connelly is hot.
