No, you can't. No called shots with burst fire, period, and since the Bozar only has a burst mode... you get the picture.

I just checked and you can't aim, you can only burst with the bozar.

In both fallout 1 and 2 all weapons that haves BURST fire only CANNOT do targeted shots.

Burst fire itself cannot be targeted either.

(weapons like the SMG that have burstfire+single fire do have targeted shot because of the single fire capability)

Or maybe it's just because the standards for females are lower. For instance, if a female does something stupid, nobody says "retard" because it's thought to be normal.
