Nope- I tried a couple, but I still haven't run across anything that isn't too distracting to me..

This one suits you much better. You shouldn't have changed it in the first place.

Or you could edit them to be links now :-!

The first one is ok, but I don't like anime wallpapers. I don't like wallpapers that are of anything in particular at all, for the most part.

Gandhi's wallpaper can be found <a href=http://www.deviantart.com/view/133135/>here</a>.

<a href=http://a.1asphost.com/fugitech/desktop.jpg>My wallpaper</a> is a picture of a girl I know.

Is it 98 or 2000 everyone's using? 'Cause there really is no excuse to keep using 98. There's not a ton of difference between the two, graphics and a few tweaks, but 2k's at least doable.

... right, care to explain?
And somehow 98 isn't? I've had less problems with XP than with any other Windows operating system, so... yeah. And it looks nicer, so that's a win.

Windows 2000 Professional works better for my networked household and Windows XP is hard as hell to pirate.

If you're like me and you're not stupid enough to plunk down $13523626 for Windows XP, then yes. XP is hard as fuck to pirate and it's nearly identical to 2k as far as security and functions go. I mean really, they do the same thing. Oh yeah, and XP drains more system resources doing all that completely useless graphical jellybean bullshit.

I have 2k and it works. Do I really need anything more? No.

XP isn't really that expensive, look at how much it costs to get any program legally. It's hundreds for photoshop, for 3d Studio, and just about any other high-end program. Sure, you can get a lot of those things cheap through school and stuff, but the same goes for XP - I've got a free copy coming to me from my school, if I ever felt like going to pick it up.
