Anyone played it? I know it's been out for a while now, but still. Great game, if not terribly original (it's basically a retread of the first one, but now on all of the next-next-gen consoles instead of just Dreamcast). The gameplay is still note-perfect, though.

all fighting games remind me of mortal kombat in which it was original.

fighting games now are not original and you do the same shit over and over again. how many times can you do the same move over and over and over and over before you hate the game and every other game like it?

Never been really interested of the smack-your-bitch-up kind of games. They're fun to play with friends, sure, but the single player game gets frustrating very quickly. And I ain't gonna pay 65€ for lauzy TV-graphics, uh-oh no way Jose.

Looks like crap, so I'm not buying it, or wasting my time on voting on that poll. even tho I'm already wasting a few precious seconds of my life by typing this message. (but I'll save at least a second or two by no using capital letters & stuff (but i spend more than what i've saved by typing this explanation, so fuck it! D: ))

That's a great game. My fav character is Eddy. Did you know they made an anime out of it? Never saw it though, heard it was decent.

The only "fighting" games which managed to capture my interest were Bushido Blade 1 and 2, which were closer to fighting sims that arcadey slugfests. Even they were nearly unplayable in single-player mode. It's too bad the market never moved in that direction. Then again, it's not too surprising.
I'll get you, Yoshimi.
