Well, we have too see the positive stuff about this.
Atleast, the Baldurs Gate, Icewind Dale and Neverwinter Nights fans will also be depressed the rest of their days. Not just us Fallout Fans.

Neverwinter Nights was a Bioware game by the way. Actually its also kind of nice for the IWD and BG fans since both series were officialy closed and it means no new games that can fuck up the story lines or setting. Im actually kind of happy about it truth be told. Better to go now when Interplay can pay them than later when it cant.

Everyone I know bought a copy of BG, BG2, and most owned Fallout. Guess no one will be buying Fallout 3.
What can I say, I am speechless. No, I am not. Let me catch my breath.
Moronic, myopic, management driven by an insatiable urge to dumb down everything to barely interactive cutscenes. Profiteering monkeys with no sense of art, style or class. Stupid stupid stupid. Really stupid. The few games involving thinking that I was looking forward to next year just went away, looks like more twitch games for me. Oh yeah, football games too, yay?
Unless Interplay can come up with a great reason for perpetrating this heinous act, I will wistfully long for the day that the company goes under. With great management like this, it probably won’t be long. Video games are becoming thoughtless cookie cutter stampings, and people wonder why the industry is in a rut.
Wonder no more, decisions like this are the reason.
