Computer Virus?
Computer Virus?
Well I started noticing it when my cable modem kept receiving data wall my PC was idle.
I've installed Norton Internet Security from a 2002 CD and updated the definitions, scanned, enabled firewalls and still no good. My cable modem still receives data for no reason.
I've also noticed several blue screens and memory dumps with WinXP, mostly when I try to restart or boot up...
also today my Kazaa decided to open by itself and enable file-sharing, uploading all my precious mp3s and pr0n to the void known as the interweb.
But nothing weird has happened since I've installed Norton, eventhough scan results turn up nothing...
Ontop of that, everytime I restart, I get a window that says "Windows couldn not locate dust.exe" um.

Le Tenia is a gay pimp and rapist in Irreversible. You don't seem squeamish -- then again, I'm not and I found this film unnerving -- so you might want to check it out. It will bring a whole new meaning to "a worm in your guts"...iohkus wrote:I don't know about that film refrence OTB you'll have to fill me in,
I guess you were feeling so down that you didn't think of hitting imdb.com and doing a search limited to characters.iohkus wrote:but just to make myself feel better I went to google, typed "Miserable Failure" and hit "I'm Feeling Lucky"

Sounds exactly like what I had a few weeks ago, for about a months it wouldn't work right, after two days of being on it would shut down, give me blue screens telling me all about what was going on, memory dumps, the works. I reinstalled Windows three or four times, we thought it was something with my motherboard dying. No matter what I did I couldn't fix it, so I decided to just upgrade, take out the motherboard, get a new processor and a spiffy video card instead of this douchetastic on-board video. While I was waiting to get my computer stuff I threatened the computer with a rifle, and it worked, I'm still going use the damn thing for target practice, but it hasn't given me any trouble since Thanksgiving. A real puzzler, but come summer the only person who will be able to figure it out is Satan's computer guru. I don't know what I'll use on it yet, but I've still got some time.

Okay Captain Al-Queda, I don't know about where you live, but grenades aren't too common, plus a car full of electronics, explosives, guns and a couple of no good teenagers usually doesn't mix. Next thing you know we'll be building a Unabomber shack. Besides, guns are more fun when destroying things. It's not enough that it's going to Hell, we have to use skills, not just lighting a fuse and running away, that's for pussies. Real men stand up and blow holes in things for shits and giggles. If you've ever shot a gun you would understand, but I guess you haven't. Suck up your liberal pride and go to the local range and rent a gun.Franz_Schubert wrote:Use a grenade, or some sort of bomb. Or napalm it. Something fun, not just a rifle or shotgun.

OK, first of all, it's extremely easy to make a bomb. You can look in the anarchists cookbook (all over the web) if you don't know how. Secondly, your claim that blowing shit up with bombs isn't manly is ridiculous. Thirdly, I have fired guns before (though it was just a 22 rifle, still fun) but I wasn't too good at it. Fourthly, if you want to talk about skill, try using a bow and arrow. It turns out I'm a natural at that, and it definitely takes skill and is more hardcore than guns.
Though I don't know how much damage you could do to a computer with an arrow... Hell why not pull an Office Space and take a bat to the damn thing?

wonder if i've got the footage
we used solid steel 7 ft long rods convienently placed by the school dumpsters, i would have to add some tupac soundtrack to it and it'd be too legit to quit YO HOLLA MUCHLOVE>
