Editing Looks on Armor

Im looking for a editor that can edit the look of armor ( i hate the refridgerator look of the power armor/adv power armor ) but i cant remember the name of the program.
I just wanna wear a good armor with the leather armor or bridgekeeper's robes look ( nothing is cooler for me than to walk through the streets of New Reno wearing robes )

I always thought the power armor and advanced power armor looked pretty cool, although it would be cool to trade the bridgekeepers robes for the hubologist robes(with same stats)

I love the power armor look, it looks so 40-50's retro

No idea what the program is. But I agree. The APA looks like arse. Normal PA is alot better looking, but the Combat Armour looks the best out of all of them.
