Yeah, me too, whatever.

And sorry, mate, I thought this thread was about all music and stuff... I guess any kind of metal doesn't really count as clubbing :/ Duh.

Does bar hopping count? I've gone to upwards of 18 bars in one evening...Some with live music, some with karaokee, some with dance/electronic...I don't go to dance, listen to music, or meet people...I go to get as shit faced as possible for as little cash as possible...Happy hour starts when Ryno arrives, damnitt.

Metal is shit and always has been, so go eat a dick.
seriously how many metal songs have you actually heard? listen to Master of Puppets and Rust in Peace, those are way better than this industrial or rap bullshit. Making metal takes TALENT unlike most of the other "mainstream" music

I like Industrial and Metal.

Skinny Puppy and Therion are probably my favorite bands in those catagories respectively.

And from what i've heard, 80% of Metal sucks.

Yup. No matter the genre, most of it will suck. I generally dont like metal though. Metallica, Manowar, Slayer etc. Boring. Unimaginative. Nu metal is even worse crap.

I dont go clubbing much anyway. But I love places with live bands.

Mourning Palace is the only good track off that album, in my opinion. I saw Dimmu Borgir with Children of Bodom and two other sucky bands. Bodom rocked out hard, and Dimmu put on a pretty good show, despite their whole "OMG PH33R US WE R S4TAN" demeanor.

I feel it's necessary to reiterate that CoB was amazing.

... Dude, Mourning Palace is on "Enthrone Darkness Triumphant", released back in 1997, not the latest DCA-album.

And yeah, the whole Satan-thing is getting pretty old by now. It's easy to just go "URRRRGHLAAAH SATAAN I LOVE URR ARSEEEE" all the way, babe, but there's no thought & heart in it.

I also feel that it's necessary to remind that CoB comes from Finland, not Norway, as many seem to think.
