Sure, *cliched*, but not an absolute cliche. PS: Torment uses the old prison break too, basically, but it made a number of changes to the old formula (different setting, changes to the setup) and the events immediately following the 'prison break' are completely different from what you'd expect. From the looks of it, F3 is just a standard prison break and huntdown from a bunch of meanies. Stuff happens later, I'm sure, but big woo, we're looking at the initial setup.

Not really, I'm just stating that it is his job to describe the game. The way he laid things out, it's boring. All I'm saying is, John is trying to put things in a good light here, and he failed. That backs up my points a lot, actually. If there's not much worth advertising, then barring any outright lies, the advertisement will be invariably bad, no? Who knows, maybe F3 would be great in the plot department, but we're only judging his version of it, since there's nothing else to judge. I don't really know what you're going on about there OTB.
suppose you're thinking about a plate of shrimp. suddenly somebody will say like 'plate' or 'shrimp' or 'plate of shrimp', out of the blue, no explanation.
