If you have a ship, like the USS Constitution for instance, what is the USS stand for?

United States Ship
United States Service
United Secret Ship?

I dunno?

Sonar Technician Submarines. There's STGs, which are the surface version of sonar techs, and they deserve all the derision you can muster. We do a lot of complex formulae and technical shite just to keep safe, they just set a coffee cup on the 'transmit' button, saturating the water with sound an deafening the submarines in the area.

Nothing like a slow-moving localized apocalypse to really make you think about proper data backup procedures.

United States Ship. I know it sounds gay but it's what it stands for.

This just further proves that IPLY hasn't got a clue about how to run their business. Imagine buying a three year old game engine for an incomplete product. I hope whoever bought this didn't pay full price. I also hope IPLY doesn't sit on FO3 for three years before waking up again and then selling it.

Nothing like having a safe place to hide when the bombs start falling. ;)

Haha, the Army's gone LASER crazy lately. Pretty much everything in the pipeline has something to do with a fucking LASER. It's as if someone's been paying too much attention to Dr. Evil from Austin Powers.

Anyway, speaking of LASERs, the Army has given a defense contract to a company to develop a LASER rifle for Light Infantrymen, the TIS-1 [Tactical Infantry System]. I can't fault them for developing this one, since Light Infantry need all the firepower they can muster.

DARPA's also working on a program to create a Combat suit/exoskeleton for Crunchies to increase their capabilities.

Combat suits and laser weapons with particle effects.....

"OMG ITS JUST LIKE FOBOS!!"

It looks like Chucky C. is now working with the DoD. Now all we need is a huge-titted and slim-waisted southern tramp for every individual soldier and they'll have all that they need [and maybe they could throw in a fusion-powered sledgehammer].

I fear for the day they let BIS/Inertplay "developers" take point on DoD-funded projects.
