Who is everyone's favorite character?

I think I can most relate to Quagmire. The episode where the Clam gets baught out by those dirty Brits, and the guys go to the lesbian bar. Classic Quagmire moment: "You girls ever been penetrated?"

The name escapes me, but my favorite character's either the police officer wheelchair neighbor or Brian.
