they should make a figure of the 500 pound elvis if they want something realistic.

McFarlane and games does not go hand in hand - fucking hate is additions to Soul Calibur 2.

I don't know; a lot of McFarlene's shit ends up being grotesque for the sake of being grotesque...it's like paying for goatse or something, I don't really see the point.

"Uh, sir, we've done the weird version of Wizard of Oz, but what should we do about the Cowardly Lion?"

"MAKE 'IM FIERCE!...and, uh, chop him into pieces. PUT A SPEAR THROUGH HIS GULLET ROARGH AWESOME TOTALLY X-TREME IN YOUR FACE"

alot of his action figures are pretty badassed though. all the detail and shit are insane compared to every other action figure ive ever seen.

his snake plissken action figure is pretty hardcore too. i wish i could find one.

Damn... that figure is wonderfully designed, I could even think of buying one. And I don't even like Elvis, or figures, generally anyway. Do I have blurry vision, or are there even strings on the bloody guitar!?

Mandalorian FaLLouT GoD: Well Farlane does some good work - and to that I agree - I just disslike the design, not the craft it self - even if the human and not monstrus of the dolls often have weird skin, it looks dry and frail and not healthy and shiny, and that probably got something to do with the materials and how he works - so I've never bought those (and I see it on the elvis one as well) - and I've never really liked his monsters - but again I am still tempted by nightmare from Soul Calibur - but the key here is probably this, it is not his design.

and for said game Necrid is a design from Farlane, and how I disslike the shit, nothing about that one shines, even if the backstory is ok by SC standards, and again the craft of it, but thats not, as said before, my issue with Farlane.

He sure had lots of starpower though - but people tends to either disslike people with starpower or call them god so. But I do like Elvis myself, but I keep it at a distance, and not like those fan-boys/girls that even call his movies masterpieces, even if they sometimes are fun to watch for the suckiness of it all.

No there are better blues/rnb/Gospel acts out on the market, but not with that charisma I guess.

Now my music teacher in school even classified Elvis as the first genious in music since Mozart - something I still laugh at today, as I did then.

He was a good singer but his music sucked. He sang the exact same song in different variations of lyrics in the early years. Go download a compilation of his albums and try to listen to how many of his songs resemble the "one for the money, two for the show" song.

The christmas album is probably the best exhibit of his vocal talent because it isn't the same god damn song throughout.
