Quite likely off-topic (but hey LlamaGod got away with his Atomic Sound Clips), so i'll try anyway. Like him i also found this over my internet hunts over something interesting.

<br>Considered by the New York Times to be an "Eerie, Creepy Look at Cold War Culture", Conelrad is devoted to all things atomic, and is shockfull of Cold War culture, ending up being a collection of would-be post-apocalyptic visions. Most people probably already know about the site anyway, but still here's hoping some didn't (so my post has some meaning.

Would be better if you could d/l the clips.

CONELRAD is a neat place to visit. However, it would be a better place to visit if you could d/l the audio clips (hey, they were government PSAs - Whose royalties are we stealing from?) to play back for later. As it is, there isn't a whole lot to do there after your first visit. I visit it every few months or so just to see if anything's been updated.

No kidding, if they could ditch the Real Audio and make em wavs or better yet mp3's. I wish you could download all of these movies too. Aren't they in the public domain since they are likely in the National Archives?
Just the booze, Wooz
