Troika Post Apoc game

i rember reading a post back in december or something about troika concept art for a post apoc game. although i havnt heard anything more about it, a few new images have shown up on glens site.. heres one of them.

looks post apoc to me

Obviously yes, I dont think anyone suspects troika of making a Dune game. The guy does have a fremen look to him. No stillsuit though.
