Fallout SOCOM
Okay for all of us that has played SOCOM: Navy Seals, and for all of us that has played Fallout 1, 2 and possibly Tactics, I would like to know if there is any of you out there that thinks that the next fallout Tactics(if there be one) should take SOCOM's brilliant game layout, I mean if any of you got a little kick from having a massive shoot out with Super Mutants or Raidersin Fallout Tactics, imagine the same thing, but now we have a third person view, commands instead of controls for our comrades and the game focuses around a custom made character, or prefab that you would personally play, and could level up, with sweet CGI's for every mission, and, different campaigns, The Unity, Brotherhood, NCR campaigns and even the Enclave with different time areas that spread throughout the entire fallout universe, it would be spectacular....the things we think of when we're stoned...

Wait a tic, didn't they already kind of do that with the coolest game ever, Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel? Hmm, and look how it worked for them.
In any case there probably wont be another Tactics, which is too bad, because if they made another Tactics they could fix a lot of problems and add some new stuff. I would much rather see them just modify the current Tactics engine to allow for such things as speech trees to give it more of that RPG feel. This way mod makers wouldn't have to learn an entirely new system, they already know everything, except for the new added things.
I think that they could have made something awesome with Tactics, but ultimatly they fucked it up, the major saving grace was the editor that came with it, so disenchanted fans could immediately start making thier own game once they got fed up with jumping from kick-ass raiders, to shitty deathclaws, okay super-mutants, gay Reavers and then finally a dumbass super computer R. Lee Ermey.

Well you and your "homeboys" need a stronger word to say "no" because "naa" is not a power word. That's the kind of word you use after taking a bong hit and your friend asks if you want Cheetos. In the future I suggest you use "hell no" or "fuck no" or even a spirited "fucking hell no." Now those are power words, the kind of words that make you want to rob someone at gunpoint or give the Pope a wedgie.

I voted yes because first of all no they didnt already do this with FO: BOS because that game just totally blew, its not exactly third person, there is no strategy at all (just a hack and slash, with guns), no building up of YOUR CREATED character just the building up of your choice of 3 gay ass prefabs. I say that if a developer actually put their mind into a game like this like the developers of SOCOM they could pull it off but the thing that is wrong with most game developers today is that they just slap shit together as fast as they can and hope that people will buy it, not actually caring one bit about gamers feedback.

no offense taken, and also i know what you mean about FO:BoS but i think that if someone did work to enough of an extent like read the FO Bible etc. they could pull it off and yes SOCOM was a bit dull and repetitive but they did tend to fix it more in SOCOM II but with a FO game using that type of engine would probably be good (again, if they put the work into it) because FO actually has a story and a very good one at that.
