Easy.

Take a deep breath and make a wish.

If that doesn't work, then you could always try to shoot him in the head with a shotgun, but only when he puts that trash can lid aside, which he does when he tries to fry you or spit a worm demon (?) after you. Just shoot at the very moment he tries to do something else than stomp on the road. Stay crouched, because that way you'll dodge the flames (IIRC) if your a slow shooter and if he decides to take a flight, you won't get hurt either. to dodge the worm, just jump over it (which you can do, it's not that hard). You have to get about 5 or 6 clean shotgun shots to his head to kill him. Pretty easy when you know the technique.

This is one of the most hardcore flash games I' ve ever played... it's fucking impossible without a mouse though, laptop touchpads don't work worth shit. :-!

and uzi the suit guy in the knees to push him back, then blow off his legs with the shotgun
or just one and laugh as he hops over towards you

Darkstalkers is the OTHER Capcom fighter besides street fighter, it's got all sorts of crazy bizzaro fantasy monster people as fighters - like the two succubi in his avy. I think it sucks?
