The guy should have known better. I sympathize, though - but I don't empathize. It's hard to empathize with a guy dumb enough to pick up 3 possibly drunk, possibly armed black guys you don't even know from a party. That's just plain stupid.

As for those swell guy, I hope they get the chair.
