Zars In Speech

Hi all, been a while since my last post, sorry, but reality calls.....

Im making tutorial missions for my campaign, and if i remember correctly, there was a way to get zar images show up during speech. Does anyone know about this? Also, could someone please list all the different tricks you can do in the "Speech.txt" files, E.G. <Cy>DONE<C-> will make the DONE appear in yellow.
