Silent Storm squads

alright i know there are some people here who have played silent storm so heres the deal.

anyone wanna tell me what kind of squad they used?

im going through right now, one man army style, with a sniper as my main char.

I had a normal squad (with my main character as a soldier) of one of each class although I substituted the scout for an extra sniper when the situation called. My medic also because a pretty good marksman so I used him as a spare sniper. Gave my grenadier a machine gun and as many grenades as he could hold and my soldier got a heavy machine gun.

ive done every mission so far just using my one man army that is my sniper. 100+ damage shots kick ass.

I've just got it, so I'm just some 5 missions in, but so far my scout, sniper, medic , grenadier & 2 soldiers doing OK. >100 point headshots kicks ass & also sticking my silenced Sten Mk III in the enemas ear and watch the red digits float.

PS: Does the initial katana attack always miss or what?

I used two snipers , two soldiers, grenadier and a medic . I tried using a scout but he kept dying so I changed to another soldier. Not a very stealthy unit , but it would get the job done .

I found only about 3 missions where stealth was a neccesity and I probably could have clobbered everyone to get the same results.

I'm using 1 scout, 1 soldier, 1 medic, 2 snipers.

i just shoot everyone and look for shit later. are allied troops supposed to be hostile in the later missions like the one with newcastle in it and such. as entertaining as shooting everyones troops are, id rather have some guys for cannon fodder.

Sniper, medic, engineer, soldier, grenadier

I got half way through with a nazi sniper again. Forgot why I stopped. Could be because I'm on the final missions already and only level 6.

Snipers, scouts and grenadiers would probably make the best team, mix and match for extra flava. Engineers and soldiers are pretty darn useless though, medics end up like snipers anyway. You can't use any of the engineer and medic equipment anyway LOL

early the class are look alike but the farter you go in the campaing (and in level) the bigger the gaps is between sniper and medics.

something fucked up is going on.
anyone know how you stop the factory in the urai mountains from blowing up where all the machine suit guys are?

One of the guys using a machine suit is the trigger for it . If you dont kill him the factory wont blow up...

I just shot a hole in the ceiling then sent a suitless guy up too get the evidence. After I got it, just run away.

Thing the grey-suit death is the trigger for it.

i see. anyone else get that amazing crash when you try to get the suit with the skeleton on it in a random encounter in switzerland.

Nah , I never used the suits , they were too slow and heavy ...
