Yeah, there's one step we need to acomplish. We need to be more open minded about new members. Sure, we should encourage literacy but we don't really need to say "Shut the fuck up, you illiterate whore" to new members who made a stupid mistake.

Then again, new members could pervert the sancity of Fallout -- unless we change the focus and that's really none of my buisness.

I think everyone here is pretty open minded and I try to discourage any bad attitudes toward the newbs. s4ur0n27 knows enough to stay in line.

A new member would be nice right about now, they could be like a pet and we could teach them proper grammar and punctuation.
