Shouldn't we have more than one guy for that?
Nah, I'm good enough to handle multiple newbies.

I always prefered DAC forums over NMA ones.

Once, I registered at NMA.
THen I read the thread which told about where the DAC forums were hidden, just after the apocalypse...

I suppose DAC is post apocalyptic in more than one way now... just after the collapse, the posting became part of the background radiation (Of the internet).
And now, as the great darkness has passed, people are comeing here again, ready to begin their lives again.

I've always thought the forums here had more of a community-like feeling to them than the ones at NMA.

I dont know, NMA is a decent community.

Though, admitidly, I mainly use the modding/hacking forum and the RP fourm on NMA.

Which would proably explain why Ive been there over a year, and have under 1000 posts.

Most of the people are on both forums anyway.

Far as I can tell, that's pretty much the opposite of the truth. NMA has a lot more people, but generally it's decided that we don't get along. It's an oft-occuring statement of NMA inferiority 'round these parts.
off topic? OMG YOU'VE BEEN CENSORED... yet you're still posting. MYSTARY!!!!

There are definately people on DAC that don't go to NMA, though I'm not sure about the other way around. I've always thought of NMA more 'noob friendly' than DAC, at least in the old days.
Also, if you look at the amount of registered users, DAC has about the same as NMA.

Good to see DAC back up and running and good luck to the new admins. Hopefully you guys can help make it great again. Let me know if you need help.

Frankly all this DAC v. NMA seems to be mostly the writing of guys who need to do something with their hands other than jerk off. They are to different communities, that's about it. If you don't like one or the other, than don't go.

I'm pretty sure we have less active members. Especially since the last crash. Those who stayed here after that last events were the one who didn't enjoy NMA. Or the Codex.
