Trinity update

Post by Mr. Teatime »

[Game -> Update]

For those interested in Trinty, the post apocalyptic 'life simulator', there's an update on VDHP. I can't find this update on the Trinity webpage; according to Kaczor a revamp of the English section is coming. Which is probably necessary, given that half of the English section is still in Polish.

The Trinity website has been bestowed upon with the long due update. A brief summary: three new members have joined the team, the scriptwriter an_ge and two graphic artists - Nezz and Wichur. Possibly, you'll get to see their first works soon enough.

Probably you're wondering what are we doing right now. It may not be an engrossing task, but currently we're designing the bulk of the game. Preparing detailed documentation regarding every aspect of the game and ascertaining what will it be from the technical standpoint. At this time, models are being created for the particular locations and further work on the scenario is under way.

There's also some new artwork done by Kalen: 1, 2 and 3.

No. We've had many maelstroms on our way (we've changed leader of our group and nearly all team members). Now I'm the leader of GZT and I have a bit different vission of our game. First of all, we are now working on Trinity: Primitive (codename). It'll be simplified version of Trinity. It will not have many Trinity's features, but it'll be still playable and quite fun (we think so :) ). Our goal is to develop game, which will be like the first step to Trinity's world. But don't worry - it will be innovative and interesting (for example we are working on system, which wll allow to craft items and even tune vehicles).

But... back to your question. We have graphic engine and models to location (and even textures... :) ), so it isn't a big problem to create screenies, but we want to have a little more to show you than a simple screenshots. So you will have to wait for them a little bit longer.

Oh no problem, don't rush it. Just wanted to know if there was anything tangible there, or still only plans.

Good to see you guys working hard.
