[Community -> Update]

The latest issue of <a href="http://forum.pcgamer.co.uk/">PC Gamer UK</a> has dedicated its RPG column to <a href="http://www.interplay.com">Interplay</a>. Here's the picture (apologies for the blurriness):

 Edit: the magazine also says that both NWN2 and BG3 are in playable states.

It`s not exactly bankrupt yet, until the 3rd of September at least.

PcGamer and PcZone agreeing that Interplay and Herve are the joke of the gaming world makes me smile as a happy Bambi.

in a different section of the magazine it says NWN and BG3 are at a point where they're playable....

What happens on September 3rd?

The french courts decided that instead of the normal deadline Titus had less than the usual time to sell assets or turn the company up, the first news about the outcome will be made public by 3 (or 6, i have to check on that) of September.
