Fix the Soundtrack page

Make dumb suggestions so we can ignore them. I'm lovin' it.

Fix the Soundtrack page

Post by Franz Schubert »

The files on the FO2 soundtrack page are actually the Fallout 1 soundtrack files. We had this discussion the last time I brought this up, and here's the bottom line: Yes a lot of those are reused in FO2, but it's missing the new tracks, namely Arroyo, San Francisco, New Reno, Modoc, Vault City, Redding, and the car theme.

So, please:

1.) Create a FO1 soundtrack page, and put the files there.

2.) Upload the unique FO2 mp3's to the FO2 page.

Danke very much!

I just downloaded those last night (since NMA's fileserving system sucks) and didn't notice. ~_~

I think the New Reno, Vault City, and San Fran soundtracks are better than any of the others, and the car theme is cool too... that's why I noticed. Of course, I don't have any real vested interest in this whole thing, because I already found the FO2 mp3's elsewhere. But, for the sake of visitors of the site, it is a good idea to fix!

I don't really like any of them. New Reno is decent. The Vats, The Cathedral, and the Master tracks are my favourites.

I can't remember hearing any in-game music in Fallout 1 or 2 D:

That's how you recognize good ambient music - you cant tell it from the background noise/sounds.
