Fallout 3 release date confirmed!!!!

Post by Mr. Teatime »

[Game -> Update]

Yes, that's right! Meristation, everyone's favourite and most reliable source of news, has a release date for Fallout 3. It's in Spanish, but translated, it reads...

It develops: Bethesda Softworks
Platform: PC
Sort: Roll
It distributes: Ubi Spain Soft
Price: N/I €
Exit: 10 of November of 2005
Recommended: Greater of 16 years

Ok, that date is bound to be complete BS, but as Briosafreak pointed out, the publisher is curious. Does Bethesda already have publishing deals in place?
Thanks Briosafreak for this world exclusive.

I'll believe a release date when I see it released. As for what part Bethesda had in issuing this release date, I'm going with none. It's gonna take them more than 14 months to make a solid Fallout 3.

I betcha dollars to nuka colas that Ubi Soft Spain has always distributed Bethesda's titles in Spain. They're probably just citing precedent, as it were.

10 Nov 2005 is, depressingly enough, a day before my birthday.
How appropriate. You fight like a cow.

Bethesda is their own publisher. They are both a developer and a publisher. They even publisher other people's titles.

The release date is just as bogus as the Ubi Soft publisher info.

I believe Ubi Soft handles all of Bethesda's European publishing.

Oh, and for those who missed it, Bethesda (Gavin Carter) already stated the 2005 date was bogus over at the NMA forums. :)

Not all. Just in some European countries. In Poland, for example, CD Projekt publishes their games.

I wouldn't knock a country where you can still buy PST in stores.

You can buy PST in stores in Canada. The original four CD edition, too. Cool beans eh?
suppose you're thinking about a plate of shrimp. suddenly somebody will say like 'plate' or 'shrimp' or 'plate of shrimp', out of the blue, no explanation.
