brains

Post by Guest »

As we all know, in the SAD in FO2 there are four brains available in the suspension tanks. We've all used skynet, but I 'd like to know who has ever tried one of the other three. I myself have tried the human brain but it wasn't very good.

The monkey brain (just noticed "brain" is an anagram for "Brian", funny shit) thingy, if I remember correctly, can become quite good melee fighter. I could be wrong, though.

I heard somewhere that it just sits there like a dumb shit when you get into combat.

I did some playtesting on this topic.
The human brain is not bad, it has slurred speech but fights decently, at least with the combat shotgun.
The chimp brain doesn't talk, but it will also fight with the shotgun, perhaps less accurately than the human brain.
The abnormal brain is about useless. It wouldn't fight for me at all, and would randomly run around when not in combat mode. I guess you could use it as a mule, if you want to chase it down.
