I have this on SVCD. When's it coming out in the US theatres so I can really sit back and enjoy it. Plus, I'd really enjoy having this in my DVD collection.

BETS MOVIE EVAH!

When ia Shaun of the Dead coming out here in the US? I have been following it for quite awhile also is it out on dvd in the UK? I have a dvd player that will recognize PAL coded dvd's which is pretty awesome when it comes to getting things ahead of time like the UK edition of John Carpenters THEY LIVE.
Ignore my warnings and pay no heed then your live will be ended shortly indeed!

I should specify that I meant the theatrical release.

I think that was implied. That movie will totally kick ass. The DVD is probably gonna kick ass even more.

Wow thanks for the links there fellows. I recently caught a trailer and I must say it reminds me of the original DotD except it was set in the UK and it look abosutely fabulous (pun intended) anyways I was curious as if the director of SotD has done any other movies?

I apologize for saying this FR but no 28days later was kind of dissappointing in comparison to other zombies and movies in similar genres and categories. 28days later isn't a zombie movie. (It got lumped into that category. Remember zombies rot away they don't starve to death.) Also it could have been alot better but hey for what it was and for the sum odd 200K it took to make it. It wasn't all that bad though as it did do well at the box office here in the US and over in the UK. It was not like DotD as they were not trapped in any one place for longer than a day at a time as they ALWAYS had some means of escape. In either of the DotD's there wasn't anywhere left to go as the zombies were EVERYWHERE the humans went. Also both endings ended in uncertainty as to whether or no the humans survived. In 28days later they wound up out lasting the infected. See there is a bit of difference in 28days later and DotD (1978 or 2004).

28 days later wasn't that bad dude. Just really watch it. At the very least it's a PA movie. I have it on DVD and some of the alternate endings are REALLY cool. Like the radical alternate ending, they don't encounter the military at all. Really cool.

I wouldn't be criticizing it like I did if I didn't already own it. Yes the Alternate endings were good but guess what? The one they choose sucks chode.(Chode is the skin around your asshole.) It is a limited PA movie in that it only ravaged one country and not the world.

Spaced was a thing of beauty, 'tis up there with The League of Gentlemen and Black Books in my opinion. Shaun of the Dead seems as though it will be highly amusing. :drunk:

I was gonna watch this shaun of the dead last night..
but my lass fell on the video-out cable and well... It broke.
So, I suppose I won't be watching it until I have gotten meself a new cable then. :/
It started out good enough though, the first 15minutes really showed promise.

Alright besides Shaun of the Dead. When is the Dawn of the Dead remake coming out on DVD? It has been out of theatres for like 5 months now and I am getting rather impatient. I need my zombie on crack and modernized decapitation shots.

Is that a... Cricket bat/stick he's holding? I mean, cricket for Christ's sake?!
They took equipment from a sport that manages to be even more homoerotic than curling.
Well done, well done *clap clap clap*

Cricket for god sake. What is this world coming to. Good job for them using it though.
