Damnit, it's still the FO1 music, even though it's in the FO2 section...

Yes it did, but Arroyo, Modoc, San Francisco, Vault City, New Reno, the Car theme, and I believe Klamath were all COMPLETELY NEW.

None of the FO2-specific songs are on that page, that's why I always get so riled up over this.

No certain types, really. I don't care for orchestra or opera. A single piano, or harpsicord, or even just a violin will make me a happy camper.

Moonlight Sonata is far and away my all-time favorite piece.

ATEM is yet another great band. Check it at www.atemband.net .

It's death. It's metal. It's kewl.
I used to listen to it a long, long time ago and have since forgotten it.
I "refound" it today. It's great.

Especially tracks on their old promo ("Do Shadows Sleep" and "Yöhön") + "Hallan Hakkaama" and "Alku Uuden Kurjuuden" from their latest Mini-CD pwn big time.

"Sunt Lacrimae Rerum" and "Fourth Toast For The Past" are great songs as well, but unfortunately, they're no longer available for download... I'm a lucky sod, because I had burned them on a CD a year ago or so.

Only opera I genuinely ever enjoyed was "Carmen" and if anyone repeats this to anyone I'm going to murder you in your sleep.

Why? Carmen is a great Opera, though I'm not too much of an opera fan myself. Or are you just embarrassed to admit to enjoying classical music? :leer:

Not so much classical music (I enjoy Brahm's "Hungarian Dances" alot, especially movement #6) as much as the fact that Opera is generally associated with snobs and females. I'm neither.

deaf metal is probably one of the few genres that I've always pretty much hated. but after listening to omg teh ATEM! I'm convinced... oh wait, no it still sucks :S some guy growling about daggers and demons and mystical amigos, it's just a bit too cheesy for me. The fact that the singer sounds like he's constipated & vomiting doesn't really help. Are these people kidding or what?

"Unable to die I haunt the men Eat their souls And lick the soaked sword" now I'm scared D:
oh well, different strokes for different folks.

Well, I'm sorry you're so concerned with other people's perception of you that you willingly miss out on this.

As far as I can tell, I'm not missing out on much. I may have forgotten to mention that most opera just doesn't appeal to me.

Edit: Also, happy 1000, do I get like a gift or something?

I listened to the BOMBSHELL ROCKS : TRICKED (Love for the Microphone 10"/cd) and HERO DISHONEST : THE SWORD OF RIGHTEOUSNESS... (HD/Rebound split 7") tracks... They weren't really *that* awful. But quite bad IMO.

So I guess I kinda agree with you: awful noise
I'm a metalhead, straight and simple. My brain's full iron, so you go and figure out the rest. Bleh.
