I saw this last week, it actually is pretty interesting. Might be something I might investigate personally next summer if I have time.

Edit: The thing that really weakened its argument though is that it doesn't come to a real conclusion. It presents all the evidence and kinda says "hey, you figure this out."

Walt, I think that's part of the deal. It's not like Ernesto thinks, it's not OMG WTF CONSPIARACY HAXX, they're just pointing out something that is incredibly wrong with the story we were told.

As for me ,I wondered about this myself, after first seeing the video (that they show) of the plane impacting the side of the Pentagon, as well as the complete lack of wreckage inside.

I discussed this video with others on another forum I visit about a month ago.

The popular conclusion is that the vast majority of the plane simply melted into nothing in the searing heat of the AvGas fire.

oddly enough i tend to be swayed by the argument that there was in fact no flight 77.

there was a french website about 2 years ago taht had almost everything about the pentagon 9/11 crash, all teh same stuff, yes it is old, but we are talking about something that happened a few years ago, and theres not much in regards of fresh evidence... why have the security videos from the hotel, the highway etc..disappeared? is what i would be asking.

It is quite interesting as i dont see why a government agency would do something so stupid as to try covering up a small plane crash with a large plane crash. but then some conspiracy theorists may say that it was to inflame public opinion and rationalise the war on terror.

Where does it *OFFICIALLY* say again the flight 77 did not exist? I've only heard the word of mouth, but I'm still lacking any real documents on the matter, a notion of somekind from www.aa.com or... well anything.

I had a problem with his "2 feet above the ground at 500 mph" hypothesis. The plane would only need to do that at the point of contact with the building. And with how big that fireball was (taller than the building!) much of the airplane could have vaporized.

Also, if it impacted the building before it hit the ground, there would be little or no footprint.

Nothing in the movie is to scale, either. Except in one instance there is nothing to compare the size of the hole to. And in that one slide where there is a size comparison, it could be any guys with hard hats going into any hole in a wall.

As for the "neat hole" argument, an aerodynamic fuselage plowing through a building would tend to do that. Considering that section of the Pentagon was hardened against virtually any kind of attack, it would take a massive projectile to slam inside of it that far.

if any of you have ever heard the word Lockerbie you'll know what happens to a large passenger aircraft when it hits a building. there is always a shitload of debris from the plane, granted aviation fuel burns fast and melts almost everything, there would still be a recognisable outline of the wings and fusealge on the grass in front of the pentagon.

look at the film again and notice the grass wasnt even scorched. scorched grass is brown and black, and all i could see what green. even on 9/11 i didnt quite swallow that a 757 hit the pentagon due to the lack of damage not just to the pentagon, but to the immediate area surrounding it.

i am well aware of the pentagons bombproofing and enhanced fortified structure. but it aint gonna stop a 500mph jumbo jet from knocking the living shit out of it. Its all a bit strange if you ask me... there are questions that need to be addressed properly and answered correctly. Further debate on this topic would be fruitless without more evidence and fact. to which i dont think any of us have at this time.

besides the point really then isnt it? Still the debris was found in large quantities. and it still doesnt explain why there are no scorch marks on the grass.

It will be compressed by the bulding before it starts burning as opposed to sent into a billion pieces flying all over the place.
