Now if you ask me, there is no need to kill them. If they are handicapped to the pont where they cannot do any job good enough to support themselves, they will die of starvation or something similar eventually anyways. If a handicapped person can support themselves without any help(this is including government and remember non-handicapped people even have trouble with that) then there really isn't any reason to kill them, they are actually making life better for all of us. There isn't any need to take agressive action towards them, just don't help them or anyone else in any way. Arbitrally killings are as bad to our species evolution as savings, just let those who succed at life live.
