Yes, there is a movie out there with that title. Okay, it's a short film (25 min.) but still, check it out if you've got the chance. It's directed by Danish kitsch phenomenon, Mr. Fatman. A group of intergalactic negro anti-heteros invades our sorry planet and starts to turn all straights into happy faires with their anti-hetero spaceguns. Only the cheesiest FX, sets and costumes are used in this B&W spaceopera. "Gay swell guy.." is a good companion piece to "Glen Or Glenda" and "Muliple Maniacs" (remember Edith Massey's pro-gay speech?).

The music is amazing as well. "Gay swell guy Eat Pigs and Fly on Penises Made of Ham and Brown Ham, Because They're Gay swell guy" is an oscar-worthy song. This song plays during the scene when Gay swell guy Jim rapes a toilet and explodes, and unless you're souless, it will make you cry.

Wow! Those crazy foreign films are pretty interesting and swell guy From Outer Space is just plain fucking weird for a movie. Those foreign directors are just plain insane and can either A.Make a Brilliant Movie or B.Make a movie that makes a gay rights parade seem like church meet.This movie so far looks like choice B which means it will be funny in a terrible I can't believe I fucking watched this type of way.

Another movie that craptacular was Jubilee (more info here: http://us.imdb.com/title/tt0076240/) in fact I watched it all the way through hoping it would redeem itself but in turn I realized I got fucked out of $2.18 at the video store. The most interesting part of this movie was Adam Ants character getting his shit handed to him by some cops doing their job. The writing on the box may be interesting but by all means whatever you do, DONOT SEE THIS MOVIE or you are in for a british cock fest. No kidding.
