Blackout announced

Post by Mr. Teatime »

[Game -> Update]

A new text-based online MMORPG, Blackout, has been announced.
Blackout is a new text-based role-playing game, which brings you into the ruined world of post-apocalyptic chaos and gives you absolute freedom of actions. There is no main quest as such, however there is a story that you have to discover while playing the game, as well as tons of side-quests which you don't have to complete if you don't want to. The game world will be similar to the one you've seen in the famous RPG Fallout, or Mad Max movies - radioactive wastes, ruined cities, hungry animals, mutated beasts, robbers, bounty hunters...

Specifics of a text-based online RPG is clear - major part of information is represented in text form in the game. We however went a bit further than boring lines of text all over the place and introduced a fair bit of graphics in Blackout. This might seem like not much if you've never played MUD's and other text-based online games, but for players with experience this will surely stand out and make the world explorations a lot more interesting.
It looks interesting, especially since it will be free.

Hey, that MUD doesn't look so bad. I like the interface, although shouldn't the input box be at the bottom like everything else?
