That's disappointing, because I enjoyed mercilessly beating the shit out of everyone on the Death Island map online. God, I stopped playing that game because I had such a ridiculous advantage, not only due to my mad skilllllz lo1lerskate, but due to the fact that hosting a game gave the host an obscene advantage. The game was pretty balanced other than that, though. I could easily take down a banshee with a pistol, so no biggie there.

The pistol was... very strange. It was like the poor mans sniper rifle. And the assault rifle was about as useful as a roll of toilet paper. At least with a roll of toilet paper it could be used to wipe ass instead of suck ass.

And that is why Halo's weapons were pretty strange.

I don't think there's anything REVOLUTIONARY about Halo 2's gameplay -- it's an extension of what Halo 1 offered.

The main attraction of the game is the Xbox Live support.

Eh, since I don't have an X-Box, Halo 2 is a no-no until they port it to PC. And when I have a new processor and graphics card. And maybe a new hard drive, my 80 gig is hitting the 2 year mark.

Calling me naive is your opinion, you can state what you want, it doesnt make it true, same can be said for my comments about MS, But, this has been an ongoing rumour for months, which i have heard in many different media circles. Believe it or dont, Your choice.
