I think some of it add's to the gritty reality of life when you are poor somewhat like the hookers and the fluffers in the porn shops. The brothel was fine too...and I think all of that fit into the New Reno style. That was the only place that sex was really concentrated.
The swearing I didn't notice, but I think it fit in well with where you were. Again most of the swearing was against Raiders or gangsters or the poor sections, from what I remember. You never really heard swearing in NCR for the most part or Arroyo or a number of other places. They kept the bulk of the swearing to those who would most likely be more crass like those populating New Reno and the raiders.
Sex, Violence, Drugs...I only with FO2 had rock n roll to boot...

Den: Joey, whore/patron in The Hole (depending if you're male or female), Metzger, farmer from Modoc's farm who ran away in Mom's, and there's supposed to be a way to get The Hole owner to screw you, but I never managed it. Modoc: Davin/Miria Vault City: Girl who's husband is now a slave, donate sperm, dinner with nurse in vault. Redding: Whore and owner of Malamute Saloon. Broken Hills: Lose an arm wrestle against Frankie New Reno: Obviously the Cat's Paw whore, and the owner once you've finished the game; and becoming a pron star (or trying out as a Fluffer). Mrs. Bishop, Ms. Bishop. Little Jesus. T-Ray. Myron. You can also ask Marjorie (the doctor in front of the manhole leading to Myron) out for dinner, though she never seemed to accept. There's also that reference when talking to Renesco about what you did in Arroyo...
All the other towns aren't "done" so to speek (no items on most NPCs and shelves)... So it's no wonder they didtched any "extras" regarding being able to screw anyone there...
