[Game -> Update]
Eight pages, to be precise.
Every particular character has the AP (Action Points) pool. All available AP are shown in the special gauge situated above the two item slots of each party member. The quantity of AP depends on the character’s proper attributes. Characters spend their AP for:

* shooting;
* moving; movement distance depends on the type of movement (walking, running, crawling);
* changing pose (standing , kneeling, lying);
* changing an item in the active slot;
* reloading a weapon;
* item use;
* installation and removal of implants.

A player can choose any party member at any moment during combat. You can order a character to perform some action, then choose another one, give him your orders and then switch back to the first character to give him the next order if he still has enough AP. If all the green bulbs in the AP gauge of a character have turned red then it follows there are no AP left for this very character and there are no more actions available for him during the current turn.

If all of your characters are out of AP, your turn finishes automatically. To switch turns manually, press the “Space button.
I couldn't find a release date in the preview, though.

I'm hopeful that this will be a good RPG. While I'm none to certain about the pooled AP's & the squad approach the very fact that is turn based at all gives me some hope. Graphics & world look like a cross between fantasy & post apoc. I'll keep my eye on this one & my fingers crossed.
