That is true, but unfortunately the dead science of phrenology might be more interested in lobotomising them than any actual treatment.

I'd personally prefer death to a physical lobotomy, though realistically that method of pacification is only marginally worse than the chemical variety that has become so popular today. Similar result, slightly less barbarous methodology. The mental health sector is a farce.
