Someone might enjoy it..
I don't much care for it. I ran an "action" for rust, and it really fucked everything up.

Alright, here's a more of a "well-thought" review:
First of all, the Fallout Shelter sign which holds an awful amount of potential, since it's emotional load to all of us Fallout fans, seems to be abused (no pun intended) to say at least. It's left in the backgrond, half-visible, without any real excuse why it's there in the first place, besides being part of an artwork that's posted in DAC Fan Art forums.
The bullet holes could've worked, but they're too rough and especially the one on the wall seems to have been mis-colored. The green slime that is the governing element of this work distracts the viewer, since it covers a way too large area, but has really no story to tell. How did it end up there in the first place? A super mutant sneezed?
The wall, especially the parts close to the image borders have something wrong with them. It looks like either you tried to make it look organic, greenhouse style or something to a similar effect, or it's just bad photoshopping. As mentioned earlier, the image has some potential and I really like the idea of using such calming shades of green as the main color theme of the work, but it holds no meaning to it whatsoever.
I give it 1½ pudding god-puppies.
