Best Cover Song.

Talk about music, movies, TV, books, other types of entertainment and what your vices are. Also, if you're addicted to the high you get off Aspirin, this is the place to talk about it.

I like Apocalyptica - For Whom the Bells Toll

It's insutrmental without the crappy singing. Fits well for FOT, IMHO

Yeah, Death's cover of Painkiller is really sweet. Also the rest of the tracks on "Tribute to the Priest"-album are fine, you should go and get it.

My vote goes to BiGod 20 - Like a Prayer.
Wow, I was thinking about that one too... Weird.

My vote would have to go to Deadstar Assembly "Send me an Angel" though.

The best cover in the history of the universe is Gary Jules' version of "Mad World".

End of thread.

I liked it when I first heard it, but it was overplayed on the radio. I downloaded the original to compare, and it's a very funny difference. The original does have something, though, despite the horrible synths and the 'throw in every sound effect we can find' attitude of the 80s being present.
