Another one of those things called "previews" was born on <a href="http://www.pcgameworld.com/">PC Gameworld</a> recently. The <a href="http://www.pcgameworld.com/preview.php/ ... preview</a> provides general information about the game that we have all read before.
Here's an interesting bit:
<blockquote><em>A supposedly impressive feature is the dynamic dialogue
between players and NPCs as the story progresses. Responses and
conversations change according to your previous actions.</em>
</blockquote>
I'm wondering what kind of dynamic dialog could be present in a Diablo
clone... And what do they mean between players? Isn't that up to the
players themselves and not a feature of the game to have your
characters talk about random stuff to each other?

It could just be a translation issue, or poorly worded sentence. Sort of redundant if that's the case.
Alternatively, I vaguely (which means this might be out of context, or blatantly false) remember reading an article which suggested that all four player character choices would be present in each game, with the three not chosen by the player as NPCs involved in the main plot(s) instead. That doesn't quite mesh with 'players', though. Regardless, that was months ago, and I can't say it is a priority of mine to remember (frankly) useless shite with great accuracy. Hence, IT IS PROBABLY WRONG, OMG.
