I'm kind of wish-washy on this one: Rise of The Triad. I really liked it when it first came out. There were some pretty cool weapons....But looking back, I remember I never played more than the first three or four levels before getting bored out of my mind.
How about this: Redneck Rampage. I don't even know where to begin on this one. I shot a pig, then I closed the game. It was just way too slow. It looked pretty, but it wasn't worth having on my computer for more than 20 minutes.
kotor 2
really fucked up, just like the first one. with no good choices whatsoever, when you meet someone you either kill them outright or give em a blowjob.
And if you dont wanna pick sides, and preffer to look out fer yourself rather that to join in on the light side/dark side festivities, you soon find yourself in a cave where you only can pass if you are either really good or really evil.
tjhis really is the biggest heap of crap that has hit the stores since kotor. ok, the writing may be decent, but this game pisses me off so much, what really pisses me off the most is that people seem to like this piece of shit.
no. this will not do. not now or evar. If ppl hold these kotor games as examples of good rpg's then the rpg genre is doomed.
What bugged me most about KOTOR1 was Bastila. Why did I need some uppity Jedi bitch always yapping at me about the Force and morality and shit? And what bugs me most about KOTOR2 is that they've given you another uppity Jedi bitch who's always yapping at you about the force and morality and shit (Kreia). Designers think they're being all deep by having these characters who go "are you really doing good when you do good PHILOSOPHY!" but they're really just getting on my fucking nerves.
aye, and the supposedly witty dialogue between bastila and carth (Or was it the player?) in kotor was just plain silly.
another bothering thing is that you cant go where you like. even though you do have a spaceship you can only go to a handfull of planets.
And, whats worst of all is that you cant attack people for no reason. You cant just start shooting even if you want to.
Not even at your followers.
Worse still is the fact that noone in your party can die, that really sucks. And the whole infinite inventory is just too stupid.
