I Am Legend Still Happening. No Arnold

hasn't been much more than rumors surrounding the <strong>I Am
Legend</strong> movie supposedly in the works. It's based on the
book
of the same name which inspired such movies as <strong>The Last
Man on
Earth</strong> with <strong>Vincent Price</strong>
and
<strong>Charlton Heston</strong>'s <strong>Omega
Man</strong>. <a target="_blank" href="http://www.darkhorizons.com/news05/050221b.php">Dark
Horizons</a> learned <strong>Francis
Lawrence</strong>,
director of the just released
<strong>"Constantine"</strong>, is said to have taken the
helm and they're scouting for locations as we speak.


<a href="http://www.moviehole.net/news/5116.html" target="_blank">Moviehole</a> cleared up <strong>Arnold
Schwarzenegger</strong>'s
involvement:<blockquote><em>
"We are seeing a lot of different people
for it. Unfortunately Arnold can't do it, because he's Governor, but he
would have been great. A lot of projects in Hollywood get thrown about
and never see the sun so here's hoping this one does
happen".</em></blockquote>Filming is scheduled to begin
this May.
